Mr. Dilan Kamal Dharmarathne is a distinguished attorney at law with a strong academic and professional
background. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Colombo, followed by an LL.B
degree from the Open University of Sri Lanka. He then attended Sri Lanka Law College, where he qualified as a
lawyer.
In addition to his legal practice, Dilan is actively involved in several prominent organizations. He serves as
the Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Freedom Graduate Association (SLFGA) and is an Executive Member of the Sri Lanka
Freedom Lawyers' Association. Furthermore, he is a member of the All Island Committee of the Sri Lanka Freedom
Party (SLFP).

Janaka Gurugalgoda is a seasoned media and marketing professional with extensive experience in media, events,
and corporate marketing. With a BBA in International Business Management from European International University
- France. he has worked in the corporate sector since 1997, specializing in conventional media, research, PR and
digital marketing.
Currently the Director of Marketing & Promotions at DNA Immigration & Education, he has held key roles in major
media companies, He played a pivotal role in CHOGM 2013 and worked as a Business Development Consultant for the
Sri Lanka Television Training Institute.
Passionate about community work, he serves as Director of Media for One Universe Organization and Director of
Events & Public Relations for the Heartfulness Ride Organization, actively promoting youth and sports
initiatives.
Miss. Anuradha Lakmini Guruge: Director (Legal) of One Universe Organization
Miss. Anuradha Lakmini Guruge is a distinguished senior attorney at law. She earned her LL.B degree from the
University of Colombo and subsequently entered Sri Lanka Law College, where she qualified as a lawyer.
Furthering her education, she obtained a postgraduate diploma in forensic medicine from the University of
Colombo.
Anuradha is the founder of Colombo Corporate Services (Private) Limited, a leading company secretarial firm in
Sri Lanka, and she serves as a director of Colombo Capital Investment (Private) Limited.
In addition to her professional achievements, Anuradha is actively involved in various social movements. She is
the Treasurer of Lanka Janatha Peramuna, an executive committee member of Sathjana Balakaya, and an executive
committee member of Pawura Organization. She also holds a position as an executive committee member of the Sri
Lanka Freedom Lawyers' Association.
Her extensive legal expertise, combined with her dedication to social causes, makes Anuradha a vital asset to
the One Universe Organization.
Dr. Dnyaneshwar Mulay is an Indian diplomat, author, and social reformer known for his contributions to public
service and literature. A former Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, he served as the Consul General of India
in New York and played a key role in overseas Indian affairs. He has authored several books and actively
promotes education, social welfare, and international diplomacy, shaping policies that strengthen India's global
engagement and cultural outreach.
Dr. Rathnasiri Rathnayaka is the Head of the Department of Buddhist Thought at the Postgraduate Institute of
Pali and Buddhist Studies, University of Kelaniya. Holding a PhD and multiple postgraduate qualifications in
Buddhist Studies and Linguistics, he is a senior lecturer, researcher, and examiner. A former Dean at NIIBS, he
has contributed to academia as a senate member, syllabus reviewer, and international conference speaker, with
extensive publications in Buddhist Studies and English language research.
A former Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI) for fast jet fighters and VIP aircraft at the Sri Lanka Air Force,
Dr. Kapugama holds a PhD in Biometrics from MUIT. Recognized for bravery with RWP and RSP honors, he has led
military operations, training, and policy reforms. A Fellow of FCPM and MIM-SL member, he is also a lecturer and
strategist, contributing to aviation, defense, and academic research at national and international levels.
Dr. Rangika Bandara holds a First-Class Honors Bachelor's degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and
an MSc and PhD from Louisiana State University, USA. A professor of Zoology and Environmental Management at the
University of Kelaniya, she is passionate about sustainability, research, and public education. She led the
islandwide "Less Plastic" movement and contributed as a National Expert on Greenhouse Gas Accounting, shaping
climate policies and promoting science in Sri Lanka.
